Our returns and refund policy applies:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- You must initiate a refund after 7 days of delivery. (You need to sent an email to us at info@heated-jackets.eu)
- You may return products within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Return:

- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may be deducted from the refunded amount. not to worry much because they will (1.4-1.5%) of the the total amount.
4. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
