To use the down jacket, an on/off button is located on the outer side of the garment.
By pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds, the heating system will activate to provide warmth. Featuring three temperature settings, indicated by blue, white, and red LEDs, you can select a temperature between 30 and 45°C.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort.
Use the measurements above to compare with a similar jacket you already own for the best fit.
Due to the increasing complexity of manufacturing external batteries because of current geopolitical conflicts, we have chosen not to include them with our products.
By not including batteries with our products, you avoid having to wait several weeks or even months for delivery. For 6 to 10 hours of battery life (depending on the selected heat setting), we recommend a 10,000 to 20,000 mAh external battery. Since our jackets are equipped with a standard USB Type-A cable, the type of external battery that powers them is the same as those used to charge smartphones or other standard devices.
You can easily find compatible batteries from retailers like Amazon, for example. Simply search for “10,000 mAh 2.4 Volt power bank”.
Each of our garments offers three heat modes with varying intensities:
The first mode offers a heat of 35°C for a battery life of 8 to 10 hours.
The second mode offers a heat of 40°C for a battery life of 7 to 8 hours.
The third mode offers a heat of 45°C for a battery life of 5 to 6 hours.
To maximize the lifespan and durability of our products, they are made with high-performance, quality materials. Fabrics such as softshell, nylon, and high-density polyester, for example, allow us to offer garments with a virtually unlimited lifespan.
However, it is up to the user to take care of their jacket by maintaining it properly to increase its lifespan.
Our clothes are designed to be machine and hand washed using a washing method not exceeding 30°C.
Furthermore, to avoid damaging the battery, be sure to remove the battery before washing.
Finally, when it comes time to dry it, do not twist or squeeze it, as this could damage the internal wiring. Air drying on a wire is preferable.
